Arie, a Principal with NAI Puget Sound Properties since 1998, has been in the commercial real estate business since 1990, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. A former tank commander in the IDF, Arie was consistently the top producer for Norris, Beggs & Simpson before leaving in 1998.

Institutional investors such as Glenborough, Pacific Gulf Properties, AMB, and Principal Financial Group have retained Arie for multiple investment and leasing assignments over the course of his career. He has also represented Flow International, Central Garden & Pet, International Airport Centers, Formica Corporation and Saint Gobain, just to name a few, in complex real estate transaction negotiations.

Arie has been honored for his business accomplishments on several occasions. He has been one of the three finalists for the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year for the State of Washington six times (1997, 1998, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008), and won in 1998. This is widely regarded as the highest professional recognition possible for a commercial real estate broker. Arie has also been honored as one of the market's top deal makers by the CoStar Group.

Arie served as the Chairman on the National Advisory Board for the CCIM Partners Program. He also served as the President on the Board of the local CCIM Chapter and Secretary/Treasurer of the local SIOR Chapter.

Arie received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington with concentration in marketing and international business. Arie resides in Bellevue with his wife, Amy and their three daughters, Danielle, Maia and Michelle and their two Labrador Retrievers.
