Billy has been specializing in industrial and office sales and leasing since 2001. Since Billy joined the Southend Industrial Team, he has been involved in over 300 transactions and representing a wide range of commercial real estate services.
Billy has worked with national, regional and local clients, including for both tenant representation and landlord representation. Some of Billy's clients include Flow International, Compuvest Corp., Edensaw Woods, American Airlines, Kintetsu World Express, J.C. Wright, RREEF and AMB.
Billy graduated in 1997 with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Billy resides in Seattle with his wife, Stephanie. He is an avid golfer, loves winter sports and enjoys traveling.
