Christian specializes in industrial acquisition, sales, leasing and tenant representation in the Pierce County market. He places a specific emphasis on the Port of Tacoma tide flats and surrounding vicinity.

Christian has successfully negotiated several transactions on behalf of his clients with the Port of Tacoma. He is quickly becoming recognized for his creativity and ability to
negotiate complex deals.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties in September 2007, Christian was an associate with Schuler Properties in Tacoma, Washington. While at Schuler Properties, he worked with national and local clients doing both tenant and landlord representation in addition to acquisition and disposition of properties.

Christian also spent time working in Logistics from 2002 to 2004, where he gained valuable experience with planning, warehousing, product flow and organizing cargo movement from Asia and Europe to the United States. This experience has proven valuable to his real estate clients in determining which facilities best meet their needs or which tenants are best suited for a site.
