Dick has been in the commercial real estate business for over 27 years. With a background in finance and development, Dick specializes in office sales and leasing, land for development and investment sales in the East King County area from I-90 north to South Snohomish County. Since 1999, Dick has successfully completed over 60 transactions valued in excess of $60 million.

Dick has represented national, regional and local clients, including Albertsons, Northshore School District and many local developers.

Dick received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and served as a member of the Bothell City Council from 1999-2003. As a council member, Dick also served on a number of regional committees focusing on transportation, growth management and economic development issues. Dick is currently on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Economic Development and Government Relations committee. He also serves as the chair of the Eastside Transportation Association. Dick currently resides in Bothell with his wife, Gina.
