Gordon has over 30 years experience in the area of office and industrial sales and leasing, investment property valuations and consulting, all phases of marketing and negotiating on properties, space planning, permit systems, environmental review, project financing, deal structuring and wetland issues. Gordon has sales and leasing transactions exceeding $600 million.
Outside the real estate industry Gordon is heavily involved in both charitable and social organizations including: Ronald McDonald House (Board of Directors and Auction Committee), Washington Athletic Club (Board of Governors), UW Alumni Association, M.Bar.C Ranch (Board of Directors), Forgotten Children's Fund (Board of Directors), Volunteers of America (Board), Central Washington University Foundation Board, US Marine Corp.
