Jeff has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1994, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. During this time, Jeff has gained a wide range of real estate experience in coordinating complicated tenant relocations, buying and selling properties, and coordinating build-to-suit projects.

Since 1996, Jeff has successfully completed over 700 transactions totaling more than 22 million square feet and representing over $667 million in transaction value.

• 2005 - 2.1 million square feet of lease/sale with value over $96 million.
• 2006 - 1.67 million square feet of lease/sale with value over $108 million.
• 2007 - 2.84 million square feet of lease/sale with value over $200 million.
• 2008 - 1.02 million square feet of lease/sale with value over $72 million.
• 2009 - 925,000 million square feet of lease/sale with value over $47 million.

In 2005, Jeff was nominated as one of three finalists for the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year for the State of Washington. This is widely regarded as the highest professional recognition possible for a commercial real estate broker.

Jeff resides in Bellevue with his wife and three children.
