Kent has been in the commercial real estate business since 1999, specializing in industrial and office sales and leasing. Since 1999, Kent has successfully completed over 400 transactions in the Kent Valley. In cooperation with the Southend team, Kent provides his clients with the most accurate information in the market. He believes that accurate market information coupled with hard work and creativity allows him to meet all his client's objectives.
Kent has worked with national, regional and local clients, including ING Clarion Partners, Ingersol-Rand, Principal Financial Group, RREEF, Charter Bank and Hussmann, Inc.
Kent received his B.S. in Exercise Science from the Seattle Pacific University. While attending college he played varsity basketball for the Falcons. As a native to Washington, Kent currently resides in Kirkland with his wife, Cara and daughter, Annika.
