Morgan has over ten years of experience and his specialties include tenant representation, office leasing and sales, high-technology leasing and acquisition and disposition of properties.

Morgan's area of expertise lies in representing companies in lease negotiations and corporate relocations in the greater Seattle office market.  Morgan's comprehensive service has focused on strategic planning for companies, financial analysis and thorough research and knowledge of the market.  He has also been engaged in the leasing and sales of several office buildings in the greater Seattle area.

Morgan resides in Kirkland with his wife and three sons. He and his wife volunteer with local charities, including Rise-N-Shine and DAWN.
