Steve has actively leased, sold and acquired real estate on behalf of his clients since 1983. Steve has been a consistent top producer for over 25 years, annually assisting many corporate real estate users and investors in fulfilling their goals. He has played an active role in over 1,000 transactions totaling more than $600 million in value.
Steve has worked as Director for a national real estate syndicator in Atlanta. Steve specializes in working with corporate real estate clients who need expertise in office, high-tech or industrial leasing, acquisition or disposition. Steve strives to fully understand his client's goals and objectives to effectively implement solutions tailored to meet his client's specific needs.
Steve received his B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
Steve resides in Issaquah with his wife, Susan, and their four children. He volunteers time on behalf of his church as a minister and youth group advisor. He teaches snow sports as a certified snowboard instructor and has coached many youth baseball and softball teams.
