Kitanda Opens New Location in University District

Kitanda, a family-owned Brazilian coffeehouse, recently opened a new location in the heart of Seattle’s University District on 45th Street. Their new space is located inside the WSECU Building and will be the company’s fifth location. The company’s other retail locations are in Kirkland, Redmond, Greenlake and Southcenter.
“The Kitanda store is a perfect fit in the WSECU lobby. Kitanda and WSECU should have a very successful partnership for the future,” said Billy Poll, Kitanda’s tenant representative in their latest lease.
