NAI PSP Ranked #1 Best Workplace for Mid-Sized Companies in 2024

We are thrilled to announce that NAI PSP has been ranked as the #1 Best Workplace in the mid-sized company category by the Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ) once again! This marks our seventh year being recognized and our sixth year taking the top spot. Achieving this honor for the sixth time is a clear reflection of the dedication and collective effort of every individual in our company to foster a truly enjoyable and supportive work environment. We couldn’t be more excited to share this fantastic news and celebrate this achievement with our amazing team.

The Puget Sound Business Journal, in partnership with Quantum Workplaces, conducts an extensive employee survey throughout the region to identify the top workplaces. Using a detailed questionnaire and a carefully designed scoring system, they highlight what sets these workplaces apart. According to the survey, 92.3% of NAI Puget Sound Properties employees agreed with the statement, "I am included in decisions that affect my work." Additionally, Quantum Workplaces gathers anonymous employee feedback, and we're excited to share some of the positive comments we received.
