October 28, 2019
“Congratulations to Scott, Talor, Connor, Doug and Shelbi for their recent promotions. These promotions are the direct result of the accomplishments they have achieved as real estate professionals, which is the direct result of the success they have had on behalf of their clients,” said Scott Coombs, President of NAI Puget Sound Properties.
Scott Sulman
Scott Sulman started his career in commercial real estate here at NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2014. Since then, Scott has worked alongside Mike George, together forming one of the most successful, experienced and respected office brokerage teams in South King County, if not the entire Puget Sound market. Scott’s promotion to Associate Vice President is a result of his ability to effectively and pro-actively guide his clients through transactions of any size and complexity.
Talor Okada
Talor Okada joined NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2016 under the mentorship of Darrell Okada. In the last three years, Talor has assisted his clients in completing over 75 transactions totaling over $50 million in transaction value. Past the transaction, he encourages his clients to reach out for support and advisory through their tenancy/ownership. Talor’s hard work and dedication to his clients are just a few reasons why he has been promoted to Associate Vice President.
Connor Powell
Connor Powell joined NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2015 under the leadership of Arie Salomon and Jeff Forsberg. Connor places a high priority on establishing solid relationships with his clients. He works diligently to understand each clients’ business and industry, going above and beyond standard protocol to solve for their distinct sets of priorities and challenges. Connor’s promotion to Associate Vice President is a reflection of his friendly, ethical, and respectful approach to business.
Douglas Smith
Douglas Smith became a commercial real estate broker in 1998 and joined NAI Puget Sound Properties as a Vice President in 2010. Before beginning a career in commercial real estate, Doug was a nationally recognized trial attorney, a career that included service as a Captain in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Law and twenty-five years of trial practice. Doug’s ability to use his previous experiences and knowledge in his transactions is one of the many reasons why he has been promoted to Senior Vice President.
Shelbi Archer
Shelbi Archer joined NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2018 as an Assistant Property Manager. As someone who takes deep pride in her work, Shelbi leans on her years of experience to provide optimal service to each of the property management division’s clients. Her promotion to Property Manager is a result of strong leadership skills and personable approach to customer service, both of which she leverages to build long-term relationships and develop trust with clients and coworkers alike.
