NAI Puget Sound Properties Welcomes Five New Associates!

Kyle Schipper graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, he also received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked as an immigration attorney where he helped his clients navigate the complexities of immigration law to earn lawful work authorization. Kyle also worked as a project management consultant alongside Microsoft. Kyle will be teaming up with one of our Partners, Dave Douglas, the two will focus on leasing and sales of properties in South King County and Pierce County.
Noah Swain joined the firm after graduating from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Noah will specialize in representing owners and users of industrial and office properties in the City of Seattle, the Eastside suburbs, and other areas of north King County and south Snohomish County. Noah is joining his father, Bob Swain, who has specialized in representing owners, users, and developers of commercial real estate since 1999.
Hans Swenson graduated the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, and a graduate certificate in Accounting. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a consultant and financial analyst for Turning Point Consulting, A Place For Mom, and the accounting firm KPMG. Hans has also completed further education in business appraisals, property management, and land surveying. Hans will be teaming up with two of our Partners, John Vernon and Tamir Ohayon, who specialize in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in Seattle.
Andrew Graff joined the firm after graduating from Washington State University’s Murrow College of Communication with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and minor in Business Economics. He will focus on single tenant net leased (STNL) investment sales and representation of national restaurant tenants (QSR’s) with clients ranging all over Western Washington.
Kyle Graff joined the firm after graduating from Washington State University’s Carson School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing. Kyle will be specializing in Single Tenant Net Lease (STNL) Investment Sales and representation of Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) in Western Washington. Kyle and his brother, Andrew Graff, are teaming up with their father Rick Graff. Rick has been an active real estate broker on the West Coast for 12 years; specializing in investment sales and representing QSR’s.
