Al Robertson

Alan Robertson has joined NAI Puget Sound Properties with over 35 years of commercial real estate experience within the Greater Puget Sound region. During his first seven years in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis, Al served primarily as a Corporate Representative for national and local firms completing over 3.5 million square feet of real estate transactions. In 1992, Al joined Kidder Mathews and has since expanded his services to include development design and entitlement, construction project management and corporate services/consultation.

Past projects completed of interest include: the representation of Precision Castparts Corp/Primus Int’l in their efforts to identify and acquire a 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Algona, Washington; the expansion of Topkey - Composite Solutions’ manufacturing facility to 104,050 square feet in Sumner, Washington; site acquisition, design, entitlements and construction of Premier Transportation’s regional distribution center located in Lacey, Washington; Relocation and expansion of Hydro USA into 89,000 SF of manufacturing space.
