Ethan Aronowitz

Ethan Aronowitz is an industrial broker specializing in the leasing and sales of properties in Snohomish County and North King County. He collaborates closely with Hans Swenson and Tamir Ohayon, both partners at the firm, under whom he previously completed an internship.

A Washington native, Ethan grew up on the Eastside and is a graduate of Northwest Yeshiva High School in Mercer Island. His introduction to commercial real estate began at The Milestone Companies, a firm founded by his grandfather in Houston, Texas. During his internship there, Ethan worked under his uncle, gaining experience in retail and residential properties.

Ethan expanded his expertise with subsequent internships at NAI Puget Sound Properties, working alongside Tamir Ohayon and Hans Swenson, and later at NAI Horizon in Phoenix, Arizona. During his year-long tenure at NAI Horizon, he collaborated with Denise Nunez and Lane Neville, focusing on medical office buildings, self-storage facilities, and office properties.

Ethan’s diverse background and hands-on experience in multiple real estate sectors provide him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling him to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
