Luke Jarvis

Luke is an industrial real estate broker focused on leasing and sales in the South King and Pierce Counties. He is a member of the Southend Industrial Group that has received international recognition as one of NAI Global’s top producing teams worldwide for the last eight years (2016-2023). That team has completed close to 1,600 transactions – representing more than 65 million square feet sold or leased with a transaction value over $2.5 billion. 

Luke joins the team after spending the previous two summers interning with both Arie Salomon and Jeff Forsberg, principals of the firm. During that time, he was engaged in finding new business, overseeing large-scale deals, and analyzing market data. Luke excels at fostering meaningful relationships and upholds honesty and integrity in all his interactions.

Luke takes pride in his adaptability and his recognition of the uniqueness of each client’s situation. He dedicates time to thoroughly understand his clients’ goals, which allows him to turn those goals into reality. With an unwavering commitment to his clients and a robust work ethic, Luke works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for them. 

Outside of work, Luke cherishes spending time with family and friends. He stays active through working out, skiing, and playing pickleball. Luke also enjoys the thrill of car racing, the challenge of golfing, and spending time on the water. Whenever he can, Luke loves to travel and explore new places, experiencing different cultures and creating lasting memories.
