Matthew Hopkins is a commercial associate broker who specializes in market research, leasing, and sales for industrial and office properties in the Seattle Metro Area. He works closely with Senior brokers Bob Swain and John Vernon, utilizing his local knowledge and expertise.

Born and raised in Seattle, Matthew found his love for the outdoors which ultimately guided him to the University of Colorado Boulder where he earned his degree in Economics. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling, reflecting his appreciation for local and global adventures.
