Patrick Webert is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and investor specializing in sales and leasing for small to medium-sized local businesses and investors. Born and raised in the foothills of the Cascades, and with a family background in commercial real estate, Patrick developed a deep understanding of ownership and investing from an early age. With over a decade of industry experience, he launched his career in 2010 at a small local firm before sharpening his expertise at Marcus & Millichap. He then led the commercial division at Metropolist before joining NAI PSP.
Patrick’s diverse experience spans landlord/tenant representation, investment and owner-user purchases, and sales. His background as an electrician and founder of a window replacement company lends him a unique, hands-on approach to real estate transactions. He is well-regarded for providing clients with valuable market insights and expertly facilitating transactions at the right time to meet their specific goals.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys traveling and sharing new adventures with his wife, Rachel. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he is passionate about rock climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking, backpacking, ADV motorcycling, and backcountry touring.
