I write to thank you for your superb work in helping us complete the sale of our "Springbrook" building in Renton last month. This was significant transaction for our company.

We first started considering the prospect of sale in late 2019, and contracted Arie at that time. He gave us his advice on the likely sale price and, lo and behold. some 9 months later we sold the building for a price at the top of the range Arie had earlier predicted. That's pretty darn good advice!

Covid 19 hit the Puget Sound region just a week or two after we advertised the building for sale. Needless to sale, that greatly complicated the sale process. Nonetheless Jeff and Arie persevered, and stayed with us step by step (and more often a step or two ahead throughout.)

In late 2019 or early 2020, Arie and I were discussing this or that and he just sort of blurted out "I love my job!" Of course I remembered that comment and, months later when we were in the middle of Covid 19 and a stressful sales process, I asked if he still loved his job; the answer, "absolutely!"

Not only are Jeff and Arie top-notch when it comes to knowledge of our market, but they are dedicated, tenacious and, most importantly, they always keep our best interests firmly in mind. I would recommend them and NAI without reservation.
