Nick is a real estate professional specializing in the sale of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail, office, and industrial properties in the Puget Sound area. Nick has a passion for helping clients preserve and create wealth. Through extensive and thoughtful analysis, he assists clients in fulfilling each of their distinct investment goals.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2018, Nick worked as a commercial real estate broker for Marcus & Millichap Seattle, where he specialized on assisting investors with the acquisition and disposition of both single-tenant net leased and multi-tenant retail assets. Nick received his bachelor’s in finance and economics from the Carson School of Business at Washington State University.

Nick is a Seattle area native and an avid Seattle sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling and most importantly, spending time with his friends and family.
